Stained Libresse Sanitary Pads

I brought a pack of Cotton Feel sanitary pads and all the pads in the pack were stained. The stains were brown and resembled dried blood. It would not be dusted off and the pads were unusable because of this. I tried to email the customer care line but it returned the email. It is extremely unacceptable behavior for hygiene related products.
