Libresse pads - unhygienic

I purchased a pack of libresse pads in May from a store. When i opened them to use , there were pink spots on the pads , so i opened another and saw that the same was on it. This is really disgusting and unhygienic. Surely the products are quality checked before they are packed??? Anyway i contacted them and they said they would send me a replacement parcel. ... to date i have not received anything. This is really poor service !!!
