Disgusting, Dishonest, Rude assistants!

Really disgusting treatment at Pavillion. I purchased thousands of rands worth of Jeans, t'shirts, formal shirts and track suits. However, they didn't have some sizes which we wanted. They were not helpful at all. I asked them to check if any of their branches has it. The man reluctantly checked and said he will order it for delivery to Pavillion after he first suggested we drive an extra 50km to get it. He said he will contact us as soon as it arrives in a weeks time. However after 2 weeks I didn't get a call, so I phoned them and they were very rude. I kept phoning to check if it arrived. After a month I went there personally and the man was very indifferent and ignored us completely. He eventually dismissed us completely after having made us wait over a month! Really really unfair, especially since we are loyal customers.
