Life shop chatsworth Quality n exchange policy not acceptable

Hi guys my gf bought me a hoody from the life shop chatsworth it was a size small I asked her to exchange it for a medium and she did but she lost her receipt they did advise that she needs a receipt to exchange but for a simple size swop and the quality of dis hoody is terrible I have compared it to my other hoodies n it's all over the place the rib at the bottom of the hoody is stretched alot n it's not worth da R350 pls becareful when shopping at the life store as there quality has dropped so now I have to keep this hoody that's of no use to me because it's quality is pathetic
