Life Rosa failure!!!

I have had a rather disappointing experience with this service provider. According to advertising on social platform, an order which was placed before a date was offered guaranteed delivery for Mother's Day. My order was placed Thursday and I still did not receive my order. I had to make an inquiry to the provider Saturday to confirm status of my delivery to which I was given a response Sunday morning with no empathy or respect that my order was damaged during transit and they will be resending this order. I am disappointed at the lack of communication and the manner in which my business was handled
