Thee worst hospital ever

I went to Life Private Hospital Queenstown branch this evening not feeling well and needed urgent attention. I got to the hospital just before 7. My tummy was acting up and i was dehydrated. It first took longer just to open a file secondly i waited for over an hour with no doctor or nurse even taking my vitals. Upon asking the receptionist /admin clerk on duty how it will take he advise that he will check with the nurses. I went to the toilet twice runny tummy and vomiting in the toilet at the waiting area without still being attended to. I ended up cancelling my visit and resorted to going to a garagr just to get liquids for the electrolytes. Worst experience, worst service for a place that is called a hospital.
