Lifepower/Credit clear are refusing to refund my money for service they never rendered to me.

********** by life power they promised to assist me within 10 days, after 3months of being sent from pillar to post I canceled their service(they never rendered any service to me, they only gave me false promises) noy they are refusing to refund my R1998. 00 which I paid them for no service.
