Unprofessional Photographers who ***** your money

A couple of girlfriends and I decided to do a photo shoot which we had purchased on promotion. We were well aware what this promotion included, however after our shoot we were told by Life Jar Studios that over 100 photographs were taken and should we require to purchase every single photograph it would be an additional R500.00, which we had paid immediately. After 3 weeks of running after this studio for our CD containing all of our photographs, we had received two discs with half of our pictures on it. After complaining and further excuses from them, I then requested a refund as I had not received what I had paid for. Life Jar has chosen to ignore my correspondence and requests and seem to think that I will accept terrible service! Not happening! <br> <br> Their customer service is pathetic and they have the most creative excuses one could come up with. Extremely unprofessional and quite frankly their attitude stinks!<br> <br> My advice - stay away from Life Jar Studios!
