SUPPLIER HASN'T DELIVERED ON THEIR PROMISE

i purchased a voucher from Life jar for 10 jumbo prints and 10 edited pictures on a Disc that was in May 2015. we went for a shoot and they said that they will send the pictures in 2 weeks so that we can choose the ones we want on the disc and printed.<br> ever since we went on that day 23 May they havent been responding until i complained to Groupon where i bought the voucher. they eventually sent me the pictures but there were some that were missing and i requested that they send me the remaining ones. i sent sms and called but they did not respond. up until today the 13 Aug i have not recieved my photos. <br> <br> i would suggest that people to stay away from Life jar studios as they are unprofessional and with poor customer service.
