Photoshoot done but no photos received

i did photoshoot and received an email on the 25th of July with unedited pictures from which i was supposed to choose 20 that needs to be edited. I emailed Dobie 20 images on the 27th of July. I was supposed to get 20 Edited Images on Disc and 15 Jumbo Prints. To this day i have not received anything. I have emailed,smsed and called but there is no feedback. The one time i have called and Dobie answered she promised she'll get back to me and am still waiting for the call. This is pathetic service .
