FAILURE TO DELIVER ON PACKAGE OFFERED

I purchased a voucher (via GroupOn) for a 1 hr photo shoot with 10 edited images on disc and 5 jumbo prints from LifeJar Studios. The photo shoot was done in early Feb 2015 and we were promised the disc with images and the prints in 3 weeks time. Several months have since passed and despite numerous calls and messages sent to the service provider, I have received no feedback. The service has in my experience been completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In light of this, I do not recommend use of this company and others would be wise not to use them. Not surprising that it is listed on this site as a \company who doesn't respond". I doubt I will ever get the disc and prints from this company. At least other consumers will proceed with caution before making use of their services"
