Ignoring R300k contract breach for Life is Awesome

A Western Cape office automation supplier has, in good faith, supp**** production printing equipment to a newly established graphic design company, Life is Awesome, owned by Line van der Merwe, as from 2013. Line currently advertises herself as Lillian van der Merwe of a new business, Lillian Designs. <br> <br> We, as the supplier, experienced:<br> <br> 1. No understanding of the print production equipment supp****<br> 2. Poor and non-payment, that lead to cancellation of their contracts due to their contract breach<br> 3. Failed business relationships<br> 4. No interest to negotiate and settle issues, after numerous attempts from us<br> 5. A notice from Line on 1 April 2015 that Life is Awesome is shutting down, due to her being booked off for three months due to medical reasons, and that we should pick up the rented equipment relating to the disputed rental and service contracts, implying that payment is not forthcoming<br> 6. A LinkedIn notice on 23 April 2015 that Line has started a new business, Lillian Designs, as Lillian van der Merwe, as from April 2015 <br> <br> We are still in the process of trying to resolve the differences though numerous avenues, as she owes us more than R300k.
