Worst first time service from waitress Coco Ndlovu

We visited life grand cafe mall of the south and our waitress was called Coco Ndlovu, she was very rude...I ordered a capacino as I was feeling so cold, 10 minutes later she came to tell me that they didn't have milk and we're going to get it as I was feeling so cold I changed my order to americano since I wanted it there and then, it never came I called her to ask her why she hasn't bought it then she said she is coming then we ordered the food. She brings the americano with the food as I tried to understand why she is bringing my drink with food as I can't eatand drink at the same time and by the time I finish my food it will be cold she was so rude to me and she didn't even apologise at all, I then asked for a manager that never came to our table till we left the restaurant
