Worm in my food

I order an egg Benedict with Norwegian salmon, it had rocket and I assume that's where the worm came from. The disgust I felt when I saw a moving worm halfway through my food. Can you kitchen staff practice good food hygiene, it's basic... Rinse the damn stuff!!!
