Waste of my time

I write this with much disappointment. On the 5th of December 2018 I made a booking for the 10th of December (7pm) at the Life grand (The club) , the booking was for a table of 10 people. When we arrived at the restaurant we were notified by our waiter that the restaurant closes at 8pm. At no point when I did my booking was it mentioned to me that the restaurant closes at 8pm, had I been told I would have not even made the booking. I am so disappointed at this poor service and when management was consulted it seemed as if they did not care at all. The brand has a whole as definitely shifted from being on top of my list to being at the bottom. disappointed client. - Today is the 11.06.2019 and till today, there has not been a response. the msg above was written on 19th of Dec 2018.
