unfair treatment to their staff

i just wanted to alert you guys that when you go dine at life grand cafe you must know that you dont only pay your bill but you also tip the owner because if you pay with a card the waitron and the shop they go half and half on that money that you think you have tipped the waitron. its a shame because those waitrons they work their butt off only to be ********** by the owner not fair at all its very disappointing.
