Sloppy service

Life Grand Cafe - Mall of Africa. Such poor and despicable service. Arriving was told to fill in a log book and then was left there unattended. Some other waiter saw me waiting and sat me down. The waiter I got was not courteous. I had sat with a finished plate for 10 - 15 minutes before he could clear my table. What sloppy business is this. This place is clearly not risking COVID-19 for. Really distasteful service!!
