Shut It Down

-5 stars @Mall of the South My very first drink was overloaded with ice and I mentioned it to the waiter and asked to see the manager since he was making up excuses for giving me a virgin drink even though I ordered alcohol. The manager with the dreads sent someone else to do his dirty work, who told me that I let my drink sit too long and that’s why it’s diluted by ice when in fact I was waiting for someone to attend to me all this while. I ordered a creamy pasta and requested extra parmesan cheese which they told me they didn’t have 🤯 but you serve pizza and pasta!? Upon my food’s arrival the pasta was not so creamy, the sauce was drippy and it just didn’t look appetising. The manager practically let us complain for hours to the other staff before he came to our table. By the time he got there we were ready to leave because his attitude at first was appalling, I hope he realises what a **** establishment they’re running. **** food. **** alcohol. **** service. The overall experience was **********. Just shut the damn place down!!!
