Respect and good service only for the well known

1st incident happened a month ago where we were denied entry around 4pm. We saw an empty table and were told it was already reserved for 6pm. We stood outside for 30 minutes. We were advised to book in advance to avoid such issues<br> 2nd incident happened on 10.10.2015. We booked a table for 12 as per advice, two weeks in advance. We called again to confirm on the day and were told all was in order. We got there and no table was reserved or even prepared. We argued with the manager bt all they could do was sit us inside- our reservation was for outside.<br> No remorse, no one even cared, they just put us inside.<br> We sat waiting for them to prepare our table as per booking for almost an hour.<br> <br> When ANC dignitaries came in, the table that was being prepared for us was immediately given to the dignitaries.<br> As we complained, they sat us at another table. This is now almost an hour since being there<br> <br> Can someone pls tell Life restaurant to treat evryone with respect? We may not be celebrities who get 5 star treatment, but we are also paying customers. Our money comes from the same reserve bank
