Extremely Bad Service

I am extremely appalled by the lack of service provided by Life Grand Reataurant at the Mall of the South. We waited for over an hour for our food to be served and we ended up leaving the restaurant because even after 2 managers were informed of the complaint, nothing was done. The excuse from both managers is that the restaurant was under immense pressure and therefore backed up but yet people who arrived 15-20 minutes after our arrival were being served left right and center. Our beverages were not even served at the correct temperature and we had to literally stand up for our waiter to serve us. I vow never again to dine at another Life Grand and nor will I ever recommend it to anyone, I am extremely upset of the treatment or lack thereof provided. We arrived there hungry and left extremely hungry and dizzy because we realized we were not going to be assisted anytime soon.
