Common ******* + ****** Treatment at Life Grand Cafe The Club

Common *******/Assault - Life Grand Cafe The Club Date of incident : 08 August 2020 Time: 15h30pm

In summary; 1. I got ****** whilst seated at the restaurant. The unknown man wrestled me for my phone. 2. The rude and ****** manager Rudi Joubert insisted that my friend and I were seated on the road. 3. He handed us the bill afterwards. 4. He made no attempt to find out what had been ****** 5. He refused to call the cops nor provide us with CCTV footage 6. Then he demanded that we leave the establishment.

We contacted *** , he was not helpful and insisted that the insurance would not cover the claim and yet he did not have the full details of the incident but ironically reached a conclusion with the insurance. On the 11th he then forwarded an email requesting my case number ,phone spec etc...of which I provided and I haven't received any correspondence since that day. John Koutsoudakis, *** seemed helpful at first and asked that I email my information but has since stopped taking my calls and no longer responds to my emails when I ask for an update with regards to the insurance broker.

There has not been any information/update with regard to what is being done to reprimand the rude and ****** treatment by Rudi Joubert, based on Savvas and John's reaction, it is as if Joubert did absolutely nothing wrong. This is disgusting especially because it happened during women's month. All one can conclude is that two white males are protecting/taking the side of another white male against 2 black women.wow.

i opened a case at Brooklyn police station. Someone please help me get justice for this matter, please!!!!!
