Bad service life Grand cafe

On the 24th November 2020 we had lunch at life grand cafe waterfall corner . The service we received was slow and ridiculously slows the waiter’s Name was Innocent, it seemed he did not know what he was doing . He did not bring what we ordered . Eg. I ordered a wild berry mojito in a jar , he brings it in a dessert glass and he keeps bringing our orders late . We would wait 20-30 min for our meal or drink
