False advertising and service

I did upgrade with headoffice and on the contract it states voucher after several times phoning in I have been told several stories regarding my request with the matter.vodacom advertise R 200 voucher on TV aswell but it's not true.this is false advertising. Firstly I have been told need to wait for 2 weeks and know 2 debitorders has to go throw.vodacom is not true full to there customers.
