Very unprofessional **** service Good morning, I trust all is well no one is replying back to me with regards to my refund, this is very unprofessional after you canceled on us, Hi Nadine. their reply My sincere apologies for the delay, please note that you refund has been processed by head office and the manage will follow up with them as soon as she's out of her meeting. Regards after I was told Payment would be made on Friday!! its Tuesday today. [12:02, 12/1/2025] Sheraeleđź’ : When I called this morning you said an hour its been 3 Friday is long gone, I was told Friday I will get my POP, What is the hold up. its just empty stories and its really very unprofessional. [13:15, 12/1/2025] Sheraeleđź’ : The bad part is the fact that you don't even bother to reply, you just don't acknowledge ppl Good morning, I trust all is well, this is really starting to upset met, Is someone going to really to me? Still no Reply.

Life Day Spa West Rand cancel 10th year wedding anniversary spa day
On 22 October 2025 we booked a spa day at Life Day Spa West Rand silverstar for our 10th year wedding anniversary on 5 December 2025. We paid the deposit on the 27 October 2025 and our booking was set for our anniversary spa date .on 24 November 2025 we received a whatsapp massage from Rosemary - front desk, informing us that they want to move our anniversary spa day to a deferent date due to them booking a large group on the same day as our spa day . We feel that this is very unprofessional of them to have just decided to move our date .
