WASTED DAY SPA

Terrible service on the 31st of October 2019.

I went in for a couples massage day for my girlfriends birthday. We had booked prior and asked to arrive at least 15 mins. We had 4 different treatments booked. Their Mud Ritual, their express facial, their full body massage and the flotation pool as an extra.

Their treatment rooms are separate, so between treatments you wait at a little couch area for your next the******.

We started with the Mud Ritual, which is self service as we app**** the mud to one another in their Rasul Room. Then after that treatment we went to wait in their waiting area.

The trauma came when we wait for 45 minutes for our next treatment when we were booked for 2 hours.

That was an appalling experience. I am generally impatient, but to wait for more than 15mins for the the****** when we booked for an hour is shocking. We arrived at 10:15 and left at 11:47 after only one 30min treatment.

They tried to apologize and promised to send a voucher for the other treatments which I will wait for.

But that was a terrible experience for us on a day that was meant to be a lovely one for my girlfriends birthday. This ruined our day as we had to rush out to our other activities and lunch.

I hope they can become more professional and communicate with their customers if there are any issues. But to sit and wait for nothing, while they tell us that the the****** is 5mins away and 15mins later still no sign of any the****** to assist us as they all walked past us.

I Personally wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone as my first experience was really terrible.
