Life day spa ******ing customers

I went to Life day spa waterfall for treatment but I was ******ed I guess. I only realised I was sold a product via the invoice. I was told the pocket size product was free , the other product I was aware of came with a 20% discount but that was ignore in the invoice. I contacted them days after when I realised this and I was told they will put the money in my account. I said no I need it back in my bank card since I was over charged. Why force me to come back to you after ******ing me. They are currently holding on to my money that doesn’t belong to them.

Always forcing people to buy a product even when you are not interested. Had similar experience in rosebank life day spa a month ago. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE
