Dissapointment

Had my nails done with gel in September and after one day the colour starting chipping off. I called the Manager and explained to her what happened - she then gave me a voucher to come back to have them re-done. She confirmed that they would be using a different type of product as I told her that it was the product that they were using that is not a good product. I went again on Saturday 19 Nov and today a week later the gel is just coming off my nails again. I am not even going to call the Manager again - so disappointed in their products and they are very expensive as well.
