Worst spa experience ever!

My worst spa experience ever! 1) The first front desk assistant couldn't find my booking on the system 2) Lockers not working but no 'out of order' signage 3) My Swedish massage was booked for 90 minutes. The the****** performed a 60 minute massage and I had to approach reception. 4) The Steam Chamber had a stack of wet towels in the corner. 5) No stock of Nimue Conditioner Tonic. 6) It was my birthday yesterday and the 2 front desk assistants who served me both failed to pick it up yet I'm on the system. What a way to just spoil my birthday treat! Definitely not returning nor recommending
