Terrible experience - false advertising!

We booked the serenity package for 2, venue and location are great! Its beautiful and its clean. However, we were rushed through the entire experience...we were given a warm can of g****tizer each instead of the "sparking wine" advertised as part of the package. Complained via email and no acknowledgement or response in 10 days. The experience was really far from what the place used to be - I won't be back there.
