Mothers Day: Ruined by no voucher...

I purchased a voucher for Mother's Day (14 May 2023), and I still have not received.

After multiple calls and emails, still no voucher was received!

I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing any voucher/special as you will probably never receive it, nor receive communication and be left out of pocket.
