Humiliating experience. Will never return . Was given a voucher for my 70th birthday for R1900 and it stipulated various treatments and lunch. On leaving I asked for change for R100 wanted 2 R50 notes to give to 2 theraists who treated me. I was told I need to pay an extra R85 as I used more than R1900. I never added anything to the treatment and ordered a small pizza which was R40 on the menu and a cup of tea. I received a cappuccino and my pizza the size of a small side plate. I told receptionist that I in fact was going not take my wallet on with me. She carried on about the R85. I was about to book another treatment for march. I feel they should have told me when I arrived that I needed to order a slice of dry bread and a glass of water and not a R40 pizza. So no idea where the R85 extra came in. She also tore up my voucher without my permission. She could have asked as there was a birthday message for me inside card.
