Facial and pedicure gone wrong
I came yesterday (15 Mar 2019) with my colleagues to the spa to do some spa treatments. The the****** didn't ask me my skin type and just used products unknown to me. They were harsh and had burning sensation and when I told her that the products were burning me she told me that I was not burning but having a tingling feeling. I know the difference between tingling and when I'm being burned. She was just undermining my level of intelligence.
Woke up this morning with my skin dried out and with breakouts. I have done facials before at your spa and have told her that use Babor and she just ignored me. Now my skin looks extra dry and burned. I really am not happy.
I am not going to talk about the pedicure she did. I'll just have to go and redo my toes again.
Thank-you for your review. We have been in contact with you with regards to your complaint and will never want a client to be dissatisfied. The points you raised will be taken up with the the****** and the trainers. I take all feedback seriously and this is the exception but not an acceptable treatment.
As discussed with you I will gladly upgrade from your express facial you had to a proper hydrate and repair facial and will gladly redo your pedicure as well.
Thank-you for your feedback once again this always assists a manager to identify what needs to be addressed and rectified to ensure it does not happen again.
Have a lovely week further and lets hope we all survive the load shedding.
Kind regards
Shelley
