Disappointing is an understatement

My hubby booked a spa package to celebrate my 40th . The******s were not good , cellphone beeping in the room the entire time ! His bed was so uncomfortable , he actually hurt himself on a metal bar . My treatment was awful - skin reacted to a muscle ointment they app**** , couldn’t have a shower in the room cause the hot water wasn’t working … we ended the treatments early and left with face mask still on .

The manger promised to resolve … what a joke , we are still waiting for her feedback .
