Bad management at Life Day Spa Fourways

Very ****** management - particularly Shelley Herbst. Mistreating employees, condescending, overbearing and discriminating based on race. Not to mention ******** in her hiring unqualified family members. ********ly deducting salaries and withholding salaries *******ly. Employees are so desperate to leave. She needs to be exposed for who she truly is. Same with the owner and founders. They turn a blind eye to the mistreatment of workers.
