A bad experience, gone good.

I had an isolated incident at the Fourways branch & I am so glad to report that it was dealt with incredibly well. The staff delivered the message to management and management handled the complaint with the utmost care. I have been assured that my complaint is being taken very seriously. Well done management team, what great service!
