UNHAPPY

I am in need of your help please. I purchased 2 dress from the Life clothing shop on Phoenix in February 2020. I hand wash and dripped dried these dresses only for the color from the Life sign to run on the white dress and the was color on the collar of the pink dress. I have been in contact with Ashnie who is the branch manager, she has advised me that there is nothing she can do because I washed the dress with garments which I didn’t. She then gave me an email address for Justin, I sent 2 emails with no response. I then called Ashnie on the 9th of March, she advised that she is waiting for paperwork to confirm it was a factory error so I can decided what to do but then I got no response from her so I called on Tuesday the 10th of March only to be told by Ashnie that it was my fault and they cannot do anything. I then called the Chatsworth branch and asked for his contact number because Ashnie refused to give it to me. I called Justin only for him to give me the same story and because I washed the garment they cannot do anything. Justin also advised there is no one else I could take this up with, please please can you help. Thanking you! Cindy Chetty
