Life by Andre Martin :No Return Policy

I went into the store, made a purchase and was still browsing and was about to make a second purchase I noticed something in a different styling that I liked . I asked the cashier to just change my previous purchase for the new item to which I was declined . Mind you I didn’t even leave the store and was busy making a second purchase . I was told theit policy is to only change for size and colour . They cannot change for another item. I called the manager who stated because the system doesn’t allow they cannot change items . She still said that the cashier was to tell me this at the time of the sale . Which I was never told . How ridiculous is that reasoning . Given that I didn’t even step out of the store . Not even credit can be given . Will never go back just because of the stupidity of their reasoning . Been shopping at their shop for years and never experienced such bad service .
