Poor service. Delivery way past the date.

I will not recommend them to my worst enemy. I orders 2 of the same product on the 22nd March 2020 and paid extra to have it tracked. The last tracking info was on the second of April 2020 at the distribution center in China and nothing more. It is now the 22nd May 2020 and there is no sign of the items. The articles were bought for a Birthday and I had to rush out to get something else. This is one of the replies to my emails: "The package is still in transit, and should reach the.UK within a few days. So far including today it has been exactly 26 business days so the package should arrive soon and at the latest by May 12th.
