****mers Khetho Hearing Aid
I was referred to Khetho hearing aid based in Carstenhof for a hearing aid,the service was the worst terrible especially the reception lady,March 2026 consultations done ,May 2026 Medical aid payed…with a shortfall of r593 ….no hearing aid to this day they don’t answer their phone it returns you to the hospital switchboard,I found a WhatsApp number now they claim the short fall is r5930 they added a digit to the actual shortfall…they are ****mers

I was discharged without pain meds
Aibo I am so disappointed in this hospital, I was admitted in main, had a procedure and ended up with a cast, when they discharged me, they didn't even give me a painkiller, they just gave me a prescription, I left the hospital at 16:30pm on a holiday, I am still in the worst pain and they refused to give me something atleast to get through the night. I am so disappointed and in pain
