unresponsive & terrible biz approach

I called them for a bedsore mattress, a mohammad responded & gave me a price of R1480. when I called the next day he refused to answer. I called several times over 3 days. I then got my brother to call & a friend - mahammad answered immediately. the most disgusting unprofessional attitude.
