NEVER ORDER FROM Life by Andre Martin
I seriously regret ordering from this person/business without having checked the reviews here first. I made an order for 15 3-layered face masks on the 27th of May. He responded on the 29th with the invoice and I paid + sent the proof of payment. Til today there has been no communication, not a simple order confirmation was sent. I called them on *** yesterday and the lady took my number saying she'll call me back in a few minutes but she never did. It's really annoying. Am i really expected to sit back and hope that maybe some day i'll receive a call from their couriers that they'll deliver? no man!

03 Jun 2020, 14:39Update: I called and got through, the lady said my number was short of a digit and that's why she couldn't call back but the payment has cleared. They will dispatch the order tomorrow and send the tracking info.
Still don't understand why they couldn't just email.. something doesn't add up but let's hope they do send the items and i'll NEVER have to deal with them again.
