Refund me my money

I ordered a make up case in February 2021 They told me it would take 40 days to be delivered,that passed and they never had the decency to give me updates about the shipment o had to always contact them about the case which is really frustrating.

Then in May i then decided to ask for my R5999 back,they are playing hide and seek with my money now…and the man who helped me to place an order the “manager “ Niven,he’s not taking the matter serious
