Pay back our money

My sister and I signed a contract with Life and Cosmetics based in (Woodmead, Sandton)to start a makeup line business last year November. They never delivered, it was always an excuse after an excuse. This year August we cancelled the contract, and we have not received our money. When we call now they do not answer or respond to emails or WhatsApp.
