Who gave them the right to deduct???

I pulled my Bank statement and saw thet, LIFE AID VLM, HALO VLM AND DEBTDOCTORVLM Has deducted a so called SERVICE FEE. <br> Firstly I have no idea what this companies is for.<br> Please assist me with help to get the money back.<br> (FRUSTRAITED)
