Does LVI Law Even Exist???

Phillizitty from the above company completely ignores emails to reach out to resolve an issue.

First the account was handed over (which I didn't know about), then I received an SMS on 20 November 2018 saying that I was listed on Trans Union ITC regarding this outstanding account. How do I even get listed without knowing about this account?

I sent an email to ********** as per the SMS, asking for the original invoices so that I could check my records to see if I haven't already paid and whether it was, in fact, my outstanding bill. I also explained that I am hearing impaired and unable to hear over the phone to call or receive any calls so their number ( ********** 281) is unfortunately not available for me to make use of.

Email was ignored.

I follow up on 29 November 2018. Email was ignored again.

I tried looking up the domain www.lvi-law.co.za to see whether there were other contact email addresses that I can forward the email correspondence to, only to find that there's no website and no contact address, only that it's being hosted with Afrihost. I desperation, I tried ********** and got mail undeliverable (no such user here). I tried ********** same problem.

Today, 11 December 2018, I get an SMS that a summons will now be issued and served. Same email address provided and a telephone number that I can't call. I emailed the same email address.

How am I supposed to resolve this matter without you meeting me halfway???? It's well within my rights to request to see the original invoices. For all I know, you could be ******** me.
