LIEFDE WEN SETTING THE BAR HIGH

I would like to take the time today to salute Liefde Wen and the employees at Liefde Wen. I have received a hoody that was not up to printing standards of Liefde Wen and it was delivered to the wrong location . Before I could even raise the issue with them, I have received a new hoody with perfect printing and at the correct delivery address. This is how you conduct business and service excellence. Prior to receiving the first hoody, I received a general informative email that they are experiencing technical difficulties with their printers.
