**** Mac Group is not to be given buisness

e have experienced multiple issues when attempting to order parts from **** Mac Group. The process of dealing with different representatives has been inconsistent and unprofessional.

One of our main concerns is that invoices are only issued after payment is made. This leaves room for pricing changes and creates uncer*****y in the purchasing process. In our recent experience, after more than two weeks of trying to secure JMC parts, we were finally prepared to make payment — only to then be told that the items (which we reasonably expected to have already been ordered by that stage) could no longer be ordered at all.

As a result, our vehicle has been standing idle during this entire period, causing unnecessary loss of revenue to our business. This delay and poor communication show a lack of accountability from **** Mac Group.

We have consistently been met with arrogance and negligence rather than professionalism and customer care. This level of service is unacceptable, and we are extremely disappointed with how our order and communication have been handled.
