1⭐ star. Disappointing experience with Leicester Floors. Representative Leo was rude and abrupt during the quote, prioritizing speed over understanding my needs. Unprofessional service. I submitted a complaint on their website (10/05/2025) but received no apology or response. Instead, my post was removed, leaving only 5-star reviews visible. Not recommended.
