Poor communication with clients. Extra cost for client with delay of bond application. Continuous blame shifting (even thought there is concrete proof in writing of delay caused by Liebenberg Malan Liezel Horn Inc.). Will not make use of Liebenberg Malan Liezel Horn Inc. services again.
