revolting customer service

My young sister made a booking enquiry with this hotel for a surprise birthday lunch for our mom. Dates were confirmed to be fully booked for the day we wanted however got another email to say the we can still proceed with the booking as the was space open. today , she sends an email to finalise whether the place is still open so that she can deposit money. only to find that the lady who did the booking was no longer working there . my word, was the manager not rude??? raised her voice. even hung up the phone in my ear . I am honestly disgusted by their service. her points were undestood but the manner in which she addressed them was unacceptable and revolting. such disrespect.
